How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide our services, process purchases, deliver workshops and events, send communications you have subscribed to, improve this website, and meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those above without your consent.

Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies to support its operation and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function fully as a result.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only to service providers who support the operation of our business (such as website hosting, email and payment processing), where required or authorised by law, or with your consent. Some service providers store data outside Australia; where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with Australian privacy law.
Client confidentiality
Information provided to us in the course of a consulting engagement is treated as confidential and is handled in accordance with our Terms of Trade and any confidentiality obligations agreed with the client, in addition to this policy.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and to destroy or de-identify information we no longer need.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us at hello@wordweaver.com.au. If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable period.
